Collective Kitchen - Sunday on Earth

The objective is the visitor:

1. To be informed about the importance of food and the critical role it plays in the entire chain of production and consumption.
2. To change the consolidated food model. It comes with experiential and enjoyable way (Collective kitchen) closer to the principles of the Mediterranean diet and slow food.
3. To work and learn collectively, participatory, contributory, creatively.

2012 - 2014

We use simple, seasonal and local ingredients, we share our knowledge of the Greek diet, and the Greek products, we learn how to make easy, fast, economical, nutritious and above all delicious recipes!

We exchange ideas, combine raw materials, we get to know the large group of Greek food and in the end, we taste and eat everything we cook and prepare in our Collective Kitchen, together with all the guests.
