Description

As the high and stable quality of the meal is the primary purpose of Loulis Mills, quality control is an essential part of the production process. Each unit has one of the most sophisticated and modern laboratories quality control not only for Greek standards but also worldwide. The quality team is composed of experienced chemists, agronomists, food technologists and bakers who care that the final product is always of high quality. Quality control always starts from the meticulous control of wheat. Performs analyzes to verify that the cereals are free from external contaminants. This is achieved through the special equipment available in each production unit and through our partnership with some of the best Greek accredited laboratories. Furthermore, analyzing the quality of the grain and examine whether they meet the requirements. Finally, monitor and analyze the flour at all stages of milling sure that the final product reaches the consumer and the customer is completely safe and of the best qualities.

The Loulis Mills experimental bakeries, which are located in the area of quality control in all production units, are fully equipped with all the machinery that a bakery has. Thus, it can produce exactly what bakers produce in their bakeries using company's products. In this way, the behavior and performance of all the flour is being controlled day and the quality of the final baked goods. Every day in the experimental bakery kneaded and baked products. In this way, apart from the scientific analysis of flour, the company practically experiences the behavior of flour every day during kneading, resting and baking. Finally, a visual assessment and tasting of the products is being performed. Therefore, flour will be checked at least four times before it gets to the market. This is a key contributing factor to having products of high and stable quality for which they are known that the company is proud of its products. Quality control continues by the technicians of the technical support department who are daily in bakeries throughout Greece monitoring the progress of products.
