Diageo Bartenders’ Institute

Increase hosting skills of young bartenders and create awareness around responsible serving.

Bartenders and waiting staff with little / no previous training.

Comprehensive and flexible courses establishing core skills, commercial awareness of product knowledge and customer service (2,5 hours modules) as well as guidance on how to serve responsibly.

All commercial – oriented employees have also attended the modules.

All over Greece through a special and constructed mobile container.

Delivers the knowledge of how to make great drinks and deliver great service. Establishing decision taken to maximise the potential of their business. Promotes responsibilities and engagement of bartenders around responsible drinking. (2,000 in F14 in 25 cities). The majority of the bartenders declared that their behaviour has been influenced, according to advice given during training sessions.

Diageo Bartenders’ Institute is the best program in the industry for training and engaging bar staff and helping our customers grow their business.
