According to a research we carried out in 2017 in collaboration with the BSE, analyzing the digital maturity of the country, we found that Greece has a relatively satisfactory number of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) graduates, which seems to be following an increasing path the last 3 years. However, Greece is required to accelerate its efforts in relation to the development and upgrading of the digital skills and knowledge of its workers as it ranks in the lowest positions compared to its European partners.
