In 2021, due to the special circumstances created due to the pandemic, the action was transferred to the digital environment, enabling all businesses to have access to the online series of free seminars #GrowYourBusiness – The Digital Sessions.

Through the #GrowYourBusiness initiative, COSMOTE stands by the side of Small and Medium Enterprises, educating them and helping them to understand the advantages offered by new technologies and digital tools, to see the perspectives that open up in front of them and what they can become competitive the advantages.

The action is aimed at small and medium enterprises and freelancers.

The series of online seminars #GrowYourBusiness – The Digital Sessions was created by COSMOTE to give every business the knowledge it needs to enter the digital world dynamically, taking advantage of the new possibilities offered by technology. Hosted by Popi Tsapanidou, those interested can watch COSMOTE's YouTube channel 5 seminar sections, covering various topics, while all videos are available at any time, from anywhere. Thus, small and medium-sized enterprises and freelancers have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with digital tools and innovative practices that will help them grow.

Digital Business Organization Solutions

Each section is made up of short episodes, which those interested can find in the form of playlists on our channel and watch whenever they want.

At the same time, Live "Questions & Answers" were held, where the participants came into contact with experts in the above fields, who answered questions and guided them with practical advice to proceed with their digital transformation (they are posted in a separate playlist).

The journalist Popi Tsapanidou took over the presentation of the online seminars, as well as the coordination of the Live "Questions & Answers".

Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, their employees, but also all those interested in expanding their horizons, now have at their disposal content specially designed for their needs. In addition, they can watch it completely free of charge, whenever they want, and from wherever they are, as the familiarity with the YouTube platform by all users is high.

It is important that for the first time in Greece, businesses can find seminars in a digital environment and in the Greek language, which transmit knowledge in a simple and understandable way.

Due to the complexity of the project, the cooperation and participation of many employees within COSMOTE, from various departments, was required throughout the action (sales, marketing, product development, social media), both for the promotion of the energy, but also for the creation of the content.

Seminars and Live Q&As are available on COSMOTE's YouTube channel. All the #GrowYourBusiness – The Digital Sessions action took place online.
 

In total, the 5 sections of #GrowYourBusiness – The Digital Sessions, include 46 episodes, in which we gathered 4,000,000 views, with 17,000 viewing hours. In each section, 50% of the views are unique viewers.

At the same time, through research carried out in collaboration with the Kantar Context Lab company, we evaluated the impact of the seminars on the SME audience. The results were positive with the SMEs exposed to the online seminars on YouTube, considering that COSMOTE, through its action, gives them the tools they need to develop their business (+22), supports them by giving them the opportunity to learn about new technologies & how they can use them in their business (+19) and contributes to the development of society through technology (+13).

The above data reinforces our belief that Greek small and medium businesses are looking for educational material on YouTube and new ways to grow.

The #GrowYourBusiness action allows COSMOTE to train SMEs, giving them the opportunity to get in touch with new technologies and solutions to help them take the next step in the digital world and become more competitive.
