ENVIRONMENT

1. The Melina Mercouri building is located at 18-20 Megistis Street. It is a building that hosts various cultural and sports

    activities of the Municipality. Energy upgrade studies include the installation of external thermal insulation, replacement

    of new frames, the replacement of luminaires with new technology and high-performance construction and the replacement of

    of local cooling-heating units with a new central direct VRF system. Ventilation systems will also be constructed in the building

    with heat recovery capability. The building from category E after the interventions is expected to become category B +

2. At the school which is located on Nick Zervpi Street. The following energy upgrade works will be carried out :

     a) Installation of external thermal insulation, b) Replacement of frames, c) Replacement of luminaires with new led technology and

     d) The installation of a gas boiler for hot water for use and heating.

3. In the closed gym "ESPEROS" 1448sq.m. The following energy upgrade works will be carried out:

    a) Installation of external thermal insulation, b) Replacement of frames, c) Replacement of luminaires with new led technology and

    d) Replacement of the oil boiler with a heat pump

    The building from category C after the interventions is expected to become category B +.
