Description

For HYGEIA, employee performance evaluation is an extremely important process. A common Performance Management System is implemented, which forms the basis of a unified human resources development program and expresses the will of HYGEIA for fair, objective and meritorious management of all employees. For each employee at each hierarchical level, their individual goals for the coming year are recorded, and they are known and understood by all staff. Depending on the position of each employee in the hierarchy and the goals that are jointly agreed, the necessary weight is given, according to the procedures. Every year, 100% of employees and executives are evaluated, as well as employees evaluate their Supervisors and Managers, in order to have a two-way relationship of cooperation and continuous improvement.

Also, through the process "Proposals for the Improvement of Operations & Proposals for Highlighting Outstanding Personnel from Employees & Collaborating Physicians" all staff have the opportunity to submit in writing proposed actions for the continuous improvement of the operation of HYGEIA, which are studied by the Management and the relevant executives and are taken into account in the actions implemented. Finally, HYGEIA employs Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) when this is possible. These people are employed in suitable positions according to their capabilities.
