Objective Action


The aim of the action is to promote the health of all employees and their family members and to develop a culture of prevention in Greek society. In this direction, GEP, a leading Company for the provision of External Health & Occupational Safety Services in our country, utilizing all the possibilities given by the wide range of cooperating companies, produces value for all, with the GEP Privilege Card, which is addressed to all companies, has zero subscription and gives employees access to services and products they desire, ensuring them privileged treatment.
 

 

Target Audience


The card is addressed to all employees of companies belonging to the GEP clientele. At the request of the personnel managers of the companies, an individual GEP card is issued for each employee, with immediate effect.
 

 

Duration

Unlimited.

The program started in 2017 and is implemented throughout the calendar year (holidays, etc.).


Description


GEP Company with the object of providing integrated Health & Safety services in professional spaces of all types, within the Corporate Social Responsibility program, and recognizing the modern social needs for immediate and quality medical care, introduced the GEP Health benefits card, fully covering the costs of the beneficiaries who make use of it.

Cardholders receive a range of benefits free of charge whether it is an emergency or a regular one such as: unlimited medical visits to doctors of all specialties, diagnostic tests, up to 100% coverage for employees with group private insurance, free 2 annual check up for 1 adult and 1 child as well as free nutritional check up.


The card is provided to the interested companies upon their request to GEP. The Personnel Officers undertake the sending of the names of their employees to GEP. GEP then undertakes the issuance of the name cards and their sending to the interested companies in order to distribute them to their employees. At the same time, the files of all the involved bodies are updated for the new members, so that the card has immediate effect. GEP maintains a file and enriches the privileges of the card for the benefit of its holders.

Impact on Society

The benefits and benefits that companies are able to provide to their employees today, especially those that revolve around their health and well-being, seem to be in demand for the HR community.

From 2017 until today, more than 3,000 employees are holders of the GEP privilege card, while over 150 people have used the free health services of the Privilege Card and benefited from them, without any financial burden.

The above results are derived from the annual reports sent to GEP by the collaborating bodies.

More specifically, cases of a pathological nature that required immediate hospitalization, as well as emergencies of dangerous injuries for which admission to hospitalization was recommended, were treated completely free of charge in the cooperating private hospitals using the GEP card.



Initiative Location

The initiative is being implemented so far in the cities of ATHENS & THESSALONIKI, where the GEP customer companies that are interested in providing this program to their employees are based. It is worth noting, however, that the card holders are served from whatever region they come from, eg Macedonia, Thrace, Peloponnese, etc. as long as they have access to the collaborating private clinics.

The Marketing department is responsible for the observance of the card procedures, the enrichment of its privileges, the communication with the holders through the competent HR departments as well as for its further promotion in as many companies and organizations as possible

The Sales department as well as the Customer Service department, in addition to their daily responsibilities and duties, take care to maintain and spread even more the reputation of the card to customers and non-customers, through electronic, telephone and personal communication, stating the benefits obtained by the holders. of the privilege card. When interest arises for its acquisition by companies, they are referred by the above departments to the CSR department of the company.

In general, employees from all GEP departments who come in contact with customers and partners of the company, knowing first hand the benefits of the GEP CARD, as holders, take care to report its usefulness in any situation and create the conditions for the registration of new members.
