Objective Action

Most drug users who reach KETHEA NOSTOS-EXANTAS program have serious deficiencies in educational and professional level. The percentage of members of the Therapeutic Community who have not completed the formal education reaches or even exceeds 40%. For this reason, their reconnection with the educational process and the upgrading of their qualifications is an important and integral part of their treatment and a precondition for the prevention of marginalization and exclusion from the labor market.

For this purpose, KETHEA NOSTOS-EXANTAS has created in 2003 a program of education and training for its members, through which it is possible to obtain high school diplomas, English language diploma and computers, but also to enhance skills, knowledge and their interests, with a comprehensive program of vocational guidance and training in a variety of subjects.
