INTERAMERICAN, completing three decades of pioneering in private health insurance from its first proposal in the industry and two decades from the first Health System in the Greek market, which also bore its seal, is launching a new, radical insurance model for the Greek market , in the most demanding and critical area of insurance for quality of life and society, health insurance.
The innovative "Bewell" Health System, after a two-year study of data, advanced international practices and trends, operational preparation and design, completely personalizes health insurance. With "bewell" we opened a passage to new customer markets, which until now faced particular difficulties and exclusions in health insurance, from cost to adequacy and quality of services.
"Bewell" includes new, innovative coverage, as well as 100% coverage of specific serious diseases. The insurance system varies in tariff per region / geographical area and provides the possibility of insurance with affordable premium due to the flexibility of composition of coverages (logic puzzle), providing significant discounts to families, which are cumulative and provided to all coverages. In this way, through the new system, an "opening" was made to new groups of customers who until recently faced particular difficulties and exclusions in health insurance, from cost to adequacy and quality of services.
The new health system was launched in September 2018.
"Bewell" is a recommended proposal, based on three pillars for more complete health insurance and better quality of life, which are:

In the system, the Health Line 1010 is the "heart", operating for the reception and management of emergencies, for patient transport, information on coverage, information about the health network, pre-approval of hospitalization and even, for medical advice.
During the first seven months of the sale of "bewell" by INTERAMERICAN, 10,000 new contracts were added to the company's portfolio (data July 2019).
