Municipality of Atticas' Region which established by the Kallikrates' program with the combination of pre-existing municipalities: Kifissia, New Eritrea and Ekali. It occupies an area of approximately 34 square kilometers and its population reaches 70 600 inhabitants according to the census of 2011.

Provide tutoring for school courses of children whose families face financial issues or belong to the socially vulnerable groups of Municipality of Kifissia's population.
Students in Secondary Education (junior high school-high school) who, because of their families financial issues, do not have the ability to attend private tutorial. Also, graduates of Secondary Education who wish to participate again in national exams for their introduction to Higher Education.
From the beginning to the end of the school year, every year.
The program began in November 2012 and continues until today. Classes are held daily, after the end of the school hours (16:00-20:00) during the weekdays, in classrooms of the 2nd High School of Kifissia, which were granted for their purpose. Teachers of all specialities who participate offer their services voluntarily. For the smooth realization of the program it has been created a Commission, member of which are an alderman, a representative of Parents Assosiation, a representative of volunteer teachers that participate in the program and a Social Worker.
Since the beginning of the program until today, there have been served 200 families, who were not able to cope with the financial cost of private tuition fees, and therefore their children would not have the same opportunities as other children in regards the continuation of their education. Among those children there are 8 who attend the 3rd grade of high school.
