Impact on Society

The main benefit for the company is the fact that no bribery incident has occurred as it results from the complaint registration system maintained by the company. However, the benefits in terms of knowledge about bribery are also important, with the result that an employee is in a position, in a timely manner, to distinguish such practices and to denounce them if necessary, as well as to establish a culture inside and outside the company (e.g partners) of business ethics that stands for us in whatever we do.

Initiative Location

ISO 37001: 2016 is applied throughout the Enel Green Power group, ie in all the countries where the company operates, therefore in Greece.

Workers Participation

The Anti-Corruption Management System could not be implemented if all employees and associates of Enel Green Power Hellas did not apply it faithfully. Specifically, after all employees were trained in all departments, after 1 year of system implementation, an external audit was performed by RINA in order to verify the correct implementation of the system. It is worth mentioning that the results were very good as we had no comments.
